Kansas High School Basketball - Manhattan nips East
December 16, 2023: Manhattan, KS 66502 Manhattan Indians (Manhattan, KS) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting East Aces (Wichita, KS), 63-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Manhattan upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Indians host Junction City/St. Xavier (Junction City, KS) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Aces play the Heights Falcons (Wichita, KS) in a Greater Wichita City bout, on Friday, January 5. East will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
