The Triton Central Tigers (Fairland, IN) basketball nipped the host North Decatur Chargers (Greensburg, IN), 52-45 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Riverside (Indianapolis, IN). The Argonauts go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Riverside was tipped by Indianapolis Scecina Memorial (Indianapolis, IN), 55-47, in a non-league test.

The Chargers now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Jac-Cen-Del for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. North Decatur will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 65-51 league loss to Southwestern (Hanover, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
