December 16, 2023: Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 The Paul VI Eagles basketball team (Haddonfield, NJ), was overwhelmed 71-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ)
The Irish now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Steinert for a Colonial Valley battle on Tuesday, December 19. Notre Dame will battle a Spartans team coming off a 49-32 non-league loss to Middletown South (Middletown, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Cherokee (Marlton, NJ). The Chiefs come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Cherokee trounced Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ), 62-28, in a non-league battle.
