New Jersey High School Basketball - St. Joseph fells Notre Dame
February 1, 2024: Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ), 62-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 16-6 on the season. The Falcons travel to Arts (Newark, NJ) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 15-5. Arts won 51-45 in their recent league bout against Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ)
Next up, the Irish play the Hamilton Hornets (Hamilton, NJ) in a Colonial Valley bout, on Friday, February 2. Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 71-66 non-league loss to College Achieve (Asbury Park, NJ).
