Idaho High School Basketball - Soda Springs knocked off by West Jefferson
December 16, 2023: Terreton, ID 83450 The West Jefferson Panthers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Soda Springs Cardinals to 59 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Teton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. West Jefferson will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 82-77 non-league loss to Marsh Valley (Arimo, ID). The Timberwolves record now stands at 6-2.
The Cardinals (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Declo (Declo, ID). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Declo ran past Oakley (Oakley, ID), 57-51, in a non-league contest.
