Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD), 59-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Aberdeen Central upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Yankton (Yankton, SD) to play the Bucks/Gazelles in a AA bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bucks/Gazelles come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Yankton lost 55-36 in their recent league bout against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD)

Next up, the Scoopers play the Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD) in a AA bout, on Friday, December 29. Sturgis Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
