December 16, 2023: Centerville, SD 57014 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Centerville Tornadoes (Centerville, SD) and the visiting West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD), saw Centerville's basketball squad overcome West Central by a tally of 59-41.
With the victory, Centerville improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Gayville-Volin (Gayville, SD) to confront the Raiders in a B Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Gayville-Volin lost 59-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. West Central will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
