December 16, 2023: Ramona, SD 57054 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Rutland (Ramona, SD) and the visiting Waverly/South Shore Coyotes (Waverly, SD), saw Oldham-Ramona/Rutland's basketball squad overcome Waverly/South Shore by a tally of 48-31.
With the victory, Oldham-Ramona/Rutland improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Rutland travel to Arlington (Arlington, SD) to confront the Cardinals in a B Region 2 challenge on Monday, December 18. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Arlington lost 59-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Flandreau (Flandreau, SD)
Next up, the Coyotes confront the Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) in a B Region 1 challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Waverly/South Shore will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
