California High School Basketball - Burney ripped by Chester
December 16, 2023: Burney, CA 96013 The Chester Volcanoes basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Burney Raiders to 9 in the Volcanoes non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Volcanoes now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portola for a contest on Tuesday, January 9.
The Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Quincy (Quincy, CA). The Trojans enter the contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Quincy was routed by Live Oak (Live Oak, CA), 30-18, in a non-league contest.
