California High School Basketball - El Cerrito trounces Concord
December 16, 2023: El Cerrito, CA 94530 The El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA), 77-32 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Gauchos (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Tennyson (Hayward, CA). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Tennyson walloped Averroes (Fremont, CA), 72-37, in a non-league test.
The Minutemen now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Acalanes for a test on Friday, December 22. Concord will encounter a Dons squad coming off a 66-42 non-league win over Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA). The Dons record now stands at 7-2.
