Georgia High School Basketball - CrossPointe Christian Academy can't get by Skipstone Academy
December 16, 2024: Williamson, GA 30292 Skipstone Academy Warriors (Griffin, GA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host CrossPointe Christian Academy Cavaliers (Williamson, GA), 52-50 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Skipstone Academy advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Flint River Academy (Woodbury, GA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 17. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 4-1. Flint River Academy won 50-47 in their recent non-league match against Windsor Academy (Macon, GA)
The Cavaliers now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holy Ground Baptist Academy for a GAPPS - I-A Region 3A match on Friday, January 3. CrossPointe Christian Academy will meet a Stallions squad coming off a 68-57 non-league loss to Praise Academy (Powder Springs, GA). The Stallions record now stands at 3-2.
