The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Homer Trojans (Homer, MI) and the visiting Reading Rangers (Reading, MI), observed Homer's basketball team knock off Reading by a score of 56-36.

The Trojans (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Vandercook Lake (Jackson, MI). The Jayhawks come into the Cascades challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Vandercook Lake was knocked off by Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI), 52-40, in a league challenge.
