December 16, 2024: Mt. Angel, OR 97362 The Kennedy Trojans basketball squad (Mt. Angel, OR), was nudged 50-43 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Santiam Wolverines (Mill City, OR)
With the victory, Santiam advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Wolverines host Nestucca (Cloverdale, OR) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Monday, December 23. The Bobcats enter the battle with a record of 4-2.
The Trojans now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chemawa Indian for a 2A Tri-River battle on Tuesday, December 17. Kennedy will meet a Braves squad coming off a 75-45 league loss to Santiam (Mill City, OR). The Braves record now stands at 0-4.
