California High School Basketball - The Palmdale Aerospace Academy holds off Vasquez

In Monday's league contest, the visiting The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins basketball team scored a close 79-77 triumph over the Vasquez Mustangs.

The Griffins (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Desert Christian (Lancaster, CA). The Knights go into the Heritage contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Desert Christian was tipped by Vasquez (Acton, CA), 81-23, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Vasquez will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 60-52 league win over Canyon (Canyon Country, CA).
