With the victory, Chippewa advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Chipps host Norwayne (Creston, OH) to meet the Bobcats in a Wayne County battle on Thursday, December 19. The Bobcats enter the battle with a record of 5-2. Norwayne won 56-38 in their recent non-league battle against Garfield (Akron, OH)
The Blue Streaks now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson for a Federal battle on Wednesday, December 18. Lake will meet a Polar Bears squad coming off a 57-38 non-league win over Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 5-1.
