Illinois High School Basketball - St. Joseph-Ogden bests Mt. Pulaski
December 16, 2024: St. Joseph, IL 61873 The St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers to 45 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Monday.
The Spartans now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. St. Joseph-Ogden will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 41-14 league win over Schlarman (Danville, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Mt. Pulaski falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Sangamon Valley/Tri-City (Niantic, IL) to confront the Storm in a non-league game on Monday, December 23. The Storm go into the game with a record of 1-7.
