Virginia High School Basketball - Warren County nips Rock Ridge
December 16, 2024: Front Royal, VA 22630 In Monday's non-league contest, the host Warren County Wildcats basketball team scored a close 41-37 win over the Rock Ridge Phoenix.
The Wildcats (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Falcons come into the Northwestern contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Fauquier was tipped by Meridian (Falls Church, VA), 50-13, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Phoenix battle the Manassas Park Cougars (Manassas Park, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Rock Ridge will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 75-18 league loss to James Wood (Winchester, VA).
