Virginia High School Basketball - Madison County fells Buckingham
December 16, 2024: Madison, VA 22727 The Madison County Mountaineers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Buckingham Knights to 49 in the Mountaineers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mountaineers now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Orange County for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. Madison County will confront a Fighting Hornets team coming off a 50-38 non-league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Fighting Hornets record now stands at 3-1.
