December 16, 2024: King, NC 27021 The Calvary Christian Cougar basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting True Gospel Christian Grizzly to 12 in the Cougar league triumph on Monday.
The Cougar now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Fellowship Baptist Academy for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Calvary Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 44-24 non-league loss to Hilltop Christian (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, True Gospel Christian falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Grizzly travel to Noble Academy (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Knights go into the game with a record of 0-0.
