Ventura Cougars (Ventura, CA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA), 55-25 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Ventura advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA) to face the Dragons in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 1. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 7-2.

The Seraphs now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newbury Park for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18. St. Bonaventure will face a Panthers squad coming off a 52-48 non-league loss to Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-3.
