The Eupora Eagles toppled the host Bruce Trojans basketball team by a tally of 70-60 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Winona for a non-league bout on Friday, December 19. Eupora will play a Tigers team coming off a 42-40 non-league loss to Grenada (Grenada, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 12-1.

With the loss, Bruce moves to 2-6 on the season. The Trojans host Nettleton (Nettleton, MS) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 30. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 8-6. Nettleton won 76-69 in their recent non-league test against Walnut (Walnut, MS)
