December 16, 2025: Somerset, KY 42501 The Casey County Rebels basketball squad (Liberty, KY), was trounced 67-30 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY)
The Briar Jumpers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Maroons come into the District 47 challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Pulaski County trounced Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY), 68-58, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Frankfort Christian Academy Royals (Frankfort, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 18. Casey County will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 77-71 non-league loss to Dayton (Dayton, KY).
