Kearney Catholic Stars (Kearney, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Ravenna Bluejays (Ravenna, NE), 61-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Kearney Catholic upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Stars host McCook (McCook, NE) to face the Bison in a non-league match on Friday, December 19. The Bison go into the contest with a record of 3-1. McCook lost 77-50 in their recent non-league contest against Life Prep (Park City, KS)

In their next game, the Bluejays confront the Southern Valley Eagles (Oxford, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 18. Ravenna will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 71-59 non-league loss to Norton (Norton, KS).
