With the win, Barron Collier upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Venice (Venice, FL) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 21. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Venice lost 78-73 in their recent non-league bout against Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL)

Next up, the Bears play the Gulf Coast Sharks (Naples, FL) in a 6A District 14 bout, on Tuesday, January 8. Palmetto Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
