The Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Buena Bulldogs (Ventura, CA), 58-57 in Friday's league test.

The Yellowjackets (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Chaminade (West Hills, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Chaminade got by Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA), 62-50, in a non-league test.
