The Poetry Community Christian Pioneer basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Heritage Christian Academy Lions to 51 in the Pioneer league triumph on Friday.
The Pioneer now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dallas Academy for a TCAF Division 2 District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 4. Poetry Community Christian will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-30 league loss to St. Paul's Prep (Arlington, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grayson Christian (Sherman, TX). The enter the TCAF Division 2 District 2 contest with a 4-1 record.
