The Midway Falcons tipped the host Petrolia Pirates basketball team by a final score of 55-48 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Saint Jo Panthers (Saint Jo, TX) in a 1A Region III District 22 game, on Tuesday, December 21. Midway will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 9-5 record after their 49-31 non-league loss to Tioga (Tioga, TX).
