Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Clay Panthers (Portsmouth, OH) and the host East Tartans (Sciotoville, OH), saw Clay's basketball squad wallop East by a count of 49-24.

With the victory, Clay upgrades its record to 1-7 on the campaign. The Panthers host Belpre (Belpre, OH) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 18. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Belpre won 61-33 in their recent league challenge against Southern (Racine, OH)
