Nevada High School Basketball - Lowry trounces Hug

December 17, 2021: Winnemucca, NV 89445

The Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) basketball crushed the visiting Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), 77-23 in Friday's league test.

The Buckaroos (4-2) will now prepare for their test against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers go into the 3A North - West test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, North Valleys was trounced by Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 42-27, in a league test.

The Hawks now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Churchill County for a 3A North - East test on Saturday, December 18. Hug will encounter a Greenwave squad coming off a 42-27 league win over North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Greenwave record now stands at 8-2.
