The Hug Hawks basketball team (Reno, NV), was overwhelmed 69-10 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV)

The Vaqueros now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Tahoe for a 3A North - West battle on Wednesday, December 8. Fernley will confront a Vikings team coming off a 52-12 non-league win over Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.

The Hawks (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Elko (Elko, NV). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Elko trounced Galena (Reno, NV), 42-24, in a non-league battle.
