Maryland High School Basketball - Linganore holds off Oakdale
December 17, 2021: Frederick, MD 21701 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) and the visiting Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD), saw Linganore's basketball squad hold off Oakdale by a tally of 43-39.
With the victory, Linganore improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Lancers host Frederick (Frederick, MD) to confront the Cadets in a Central Maryland challenge on Wednesday, December 22. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the confront the Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD) in a Montgomery County - 4A East challenge, on Wednesday, December 22. Oakdale will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
