Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) and the visiting Poly Parrots (Fort Worth, TX), saw Saginaw's basketball squad wallop Poly by a tally of 81-8.

With the victory, Saginaw improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Rough Riders travel to South Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Scorpions in a 5A Region I District 7 challenge on Tuesday, December 21. The Scorpions come into the challenge with a record of 4-10.

Next up, the Parrots play the Trimble Tech Bulldogs (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 4. Poly will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record.
