St. Peter Saints (St. Peter, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Waseca Bluejays (Waseca, MN), 75-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Peter upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Saints host New Ulm (New Ulm, MN) to play the Eagles in a AAA Section 2 bout on Thursday, January 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Bluejays play the New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) in a AAA Section 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Waseca will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
