December 17, 2022: Beacon, NY 12508 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Beacon Bulldogs (Beacon, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Liberty Indians (Liberty, NY), by a count of 80-44.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY). The Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Port Jervis was crushed by Delaware Valley (Milford, PA), 46-35, in a non-league outing.
The Indians now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fallsburg for a Section 9 Orange County IV outing on Thursday, December 22. Liberty will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 72-38 non-league win over Sullivan West (Lake Huntington, NY). The Comets record now stands at 1-1.
