Illinois High School Basketball - Woodstock North falls to Dixon
December 17, 2022: Woodstock, IL 60098 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Dixon Dukes & Duchesses basketball team scored a good 59-50 triumph over the Woodstock North Thunder.
In their next game, the Dukes & Duchesses meet the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 20. Dixon will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Grey Ghosts enter the match with a 1-9 record after their 71-47 non-league loss to Morton (Morton, IL).
With the defeat, Woodstock North moves to 4-5 on the year. The Thunder travel to Byron (Byron, IL) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 4. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Byron won 56-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Orangeville (Orangeville, IL)
