The Eastwood Troopers (El Paso, TX) basketball felled the visiting Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX), 47-37 in Saturday's league test.

The Troopers (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Estacado (Lubbock, TX). The Matadors go into the non-league test with a 8-9 record.

The Rams now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to La Joya for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28.
