Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Georgia School for Innovation & Classics Patriots (Hephzibah, GA), 77-66 in a league bout.

With the victory, Towns County upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Indians host Coosa (Rome, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 5-5. Coosa won 62-61 in their recent non-league bout against Armuchee (Rome, GA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Taliaferro County JAGUARS (Crawfordville, GA) in a Freelance bout, on Friday, January 6. Georgia School for Innovation & Classics will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
