In Saturday's non-league outing, the Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL) basketball squad felled the host Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 69-55.

The Vikings (9-1) will now prepare for their outing against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 5-5 record.

The Eagles now own a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hoffman Estates for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 22. Taft will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 58-52 league loss to Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 6-4.
