California High School Basketball - Portola overwhelms Tulelake

December 17, 2022: Tulelake, CA 96134

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) and the host Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA), saw Portola's basketball squad wallop Tulelake by a count of 79-50.

With the victory, Portola upgrades its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Central Valley lost 60-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Durham (Durham, CA)

Next up, the Honkers play the Dunsmuir Tigers (Dunsmuir, CA) in a Evergreen challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Tulelake will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
