Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries (Bigfork, MT) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. Ignatius Bulldogs (St. Ignatius, MT), 65-19 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bigfork upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Vikings & Valkyries travel to Powell County (Deer Lodge, MT) to play the Wardens in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Wardens come into the bout with a record of 0-5.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Polson Pirates (Polson, MT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. St. Ignatius will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
