California High School Basketball - King's Academy overwhelms University Prep Academy
December 17, 2022: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA) and the visiting University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA), saw King's Academy's basketball squad wallop University Prep Academy by a count of 40-10.
With the victory, King's Academy upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Notre Dame (Belmont, CA) to play the Tigers in a challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 22. University Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 32-31 non-league loss to Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA).
