December 17, 2024: Gray, LA 70359 The Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA) basketball were winner over the visiting Westgate Tigers (New Iberia, LA), 65-54 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Braves now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Vandebilt Catholic for a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. Bourgeois will play a Terriers team coming off a 67-37 non-league win over Terrebonne (Houma, LA). The Terriers record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Westgate falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host JS Clark Leadership Academy (Opelousas, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 23. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 9-4. JS Clark Leadership Academy won 59-39 in their recent non-league bout against Port Barre (Port Barre, LA)
