Michigan High School Basketball - Cass Tech thwarts King
December 17, 2024: Detroit, MI 48201 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Cass Tech Technicians (Detroit, MI) and the visiting King Crusaders (Detroit, MI), observed Cass Tech's basketball team knock off King by a score of 54-42.
The Technicians (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mumford (Detroit, MI). The Mustangs come into the Detroit Public I challenge with a 2-3 record.
In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Groves Falcons (Beverly Hills, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. King will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 48-46 league win over North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI).
