December 17, 2024: Northbrook, IL 60062 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) and the host Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL), observed Prospect's basketball team knock off Glenbrook North by a score of 50-39.
The Knights (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs come into the Mid-Suburban - East challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Rolling Meadows prevailed over Wheeling (Wheeling, IL), 63-28, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) in a Central Suburban - South challenge, on Friday, December 20. Glenbrook North will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 66-27 non-league win over Foreman (Chicago, IL).
