In Tuesday's non-league test, the Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) basketball squad got by the visiting Indian Creek Redskins (Wintersville, OH), by a score of 50-48.

Next, the Jets clash with the East Liverpool Potters (East Liverpool, OH) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 20. Union Local will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Potters come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 68-64 non-league loss to St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH).

The Redskins (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Steubenville (Steubenville, OH). The Big Red come into the Ohio Valley AAAAA test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Steubenville held off Aquinas (Louisville, OH), 82-53, in a non-league test.
