Pennsylvania High School Basketball - North Penn-Liberty holds off Towanda

In Tuesday's league contest, the host North Penn-Liberty Mountie basketball team scored a close 61-56 triumph over the Towanda Black Knights.

The Mountie (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast Bradford (Rome, PA). The Panthers go into the Northern Tier contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Northeast Bradford was tipped by Elk Lake (Dimock, PA), 64-33, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Black Knights meet the Liberty Mounties (Liberty, PA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, December 17. Towanda will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record.
