Acadiana Christian Lions (New Iberia, LA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics Storm (Alexandria, LA), 37-31 in a league match.

With the victory, Acadiana Christian advances its record to 1-0 on the year.

The Storm now own a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. Alexandria Homeschool Arts & Athletics will face a squad coming off a 72-25 non-league loss to IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL). The record now stands at 82-220.
