The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Paradise Adventist Academy Cougars (Paradise, CA) and the visiting Elk Creek Elks (Elk Creek, CA), observed Paradise Adventist Academy's basketball team knock off Elk Creek by a score of 37-25.

The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Plumas Charter (Quincy, CA). The Warriors come into the Pioneer challenge with a 3-8 record.

In their next game, the Elks encounter the Princeton Eagles (Princeton, CA) in a Pioneer challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Elk Creek will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
