The Gulf Buccaneers basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Fivay Falcons to 37 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Buccaneers now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Wiregrass Ranch for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. Gulf will confront a Bulls team coming off a 52-23 non-league loss to Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Fivay falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL) to confront the Wildcats in a 5A District 6 game on Thursday, December 19. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 7-2. Wesley Chapel won 64-37 in their recent non-league game against Winthrop College Prep Academy (Riverview, FL)
