In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Gulf Buccaneers basketball squad scored a decisive 67-45 victory over the Anclote Sharks.

With the victory, Gulf advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to East Lake (Tarpon Springs, FL) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 4. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 1-0. East Lake won 59-50 in their recent non-league battle against Pinellas Park (Largo, FL)

The Sharks now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hudson for a 4A District 9 battle on Thursday, December 5. Anclote will meet a Cobras squad coming off a 61-20 non-league loss to Fivay (Hudson, FL). The Cobras record now stands at 2-2.
